Fees: Fee for
individual therapy is $100 for a 45 minute session. If you wish medication to be prescribed for
you, this option will be discussed and it may mean meeting at a different
location. Payment is due at time of
service.
Insurance: In order to access any insurance you have
for mental health care it will be necessary to designate a mental health
diagnosis for treatment. The fee for
service will be paid to Carol Groninger and then reimbursement can be sought
from the insurance company. Carol
Groninger will sign any necessary documentation for you to do this.
